Your family and packing lists stay in this browser
Children's names, nicknames, birth months and years, profiles, trips, checklists, shopping lists, and app preferences are saved in this browser, not synced to your account. Children's names and birth dates are not sent to our AI recommendation service or saved in our database.
What our suggestion helper sees
When Tuck N Go generates packing suggestions, it may use limited, non-identifying information such as a general age range, gender if you set it, diapering and feeding stage, trip type, destination, dates, and item names — plus anything else needed to create the recommendation. Names, nicknames, birth dates, and child IDs are never included.
Your account
Your email and password are used for sign-in, so you can access your account on another device. Your browser keeps a sign-in session; signing in does not transfer your children, trips, or lists between devices. Signing out does not delete them from this browser.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details never touch Tuck N Go, and we do not store your credit-card information.
Contact Us
When you message us, we send your account email and the words you typed. Nothing about your children, trips, or packing lists is attached.
Trip reminder (optional)
If you turn on the optional trip reminder, we store only your account, a random trip reference, the start date, the reminder time you chose, and whether it was sent. You can pick one reminder 1, 2, or 3 days before your trip. The email mentions only the start date — no names, birth dates, or packing details. It's the only reminder we'll send for that trip (no promotions, no spam), and you can turn it off before it's sent.
Clearing this browser's data removes its saved children, trips, and packing lists. Signing in elsewhere will not restore them.
